- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (must look like new)
- Your gear should have the original zipper bag
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The return shipping fee is covered by the customer.
Items received after 30 days from the date received will not be eligible for reimbursement.
We reserve the right to not reimburse an item if these above requirements are not respected.
HOW DO I START A RETURN ?
1. Send an email to email@example.com to request a return. Please include:
- Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- Which products you would like to exchange or return.
- The reason of your return
- Please specify whether you would like a store credit or a refund. When you choose a store credit instead of a refund, you will be gifted a $10 USD store credit on top of the total paid for the returned items.

3.Please consider using a trackable shipment to avoid loss of items. We are not responsible to track your returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund** will be processed as a store credit or a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your return is rejected (item has a smell, dirt marks, has a cut/hole, washed or missing tags), you will not receive a reimbursement and you have to pay the shipping fees to get your items shipped back to you, otherwise your item will be discarded or donated.
**The shipping fee you paid when you first made the purchase is not reimbursable.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM IN ANOTHER SIZE?
To get an exchange, please choose the Store Credit option and repurchase the item and size of your choice using your store credit.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Please use a trackable shipment to track your package. We will send you an email when we receive your package.
IF I MAKE A PURCHASE USING A DISCOUNT CODE, IS THIS CONSIDERED A SALE ITEM AND INELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
If you are using a discount code on full priced stock, you are still eligible for a return!
MY ITEM IS FAULTY/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourself on quality control across all of our products. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
