RETURN POLICY

30 DAY SWEAT-FREE RETURNS

If you're having a second thought about an item, do not sweat. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or get a refund to the original payment method.

Not sure about your size? Buy with ease of mind as we offer free returns on all USA and Canadian orders.

**For International Orders (Outside of Canada and USA): We do not offer free returns at the moment. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions for an eligible return:

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (must look like new).
  • Your gear should have the original zipper bag and tags attached.
  • Must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Items received after 30 days from the date received will not be eligible for reimbursement.

We reserve the right to not reimburse an item if these above requirements are not respected. 

If your return is rejected (item has a smell, dirt marks, has a cut/hole, washed or missing tags), you will not receive a reimbursement and you have to pay the shipping fees to get your items shipped back to you, otherwise your item will be discarded or donated. 

HOW DO I START A RETURN ?

  1. Send an email to community@dignitii.com to request a return. Please include:
  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  • Which products you would like to return.
  • The reason of your return
  • Please specify whether you would like a store credit or a refund. 

      2. We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label by email. Print it and drop off your package at the respective courier.    

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, then your refund** will be processed as a store credit or a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

If your return is rejected (item has a smell, dirt marks, has a cut/hole, washed or missing tags), you will not receive a reimbursement and you have to pay the shipping fees to get your items shipped back to you, otherwise your item will be discarded or donated. 

**The shipping fee you paid when you first made the purchase is not reimbursable.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourselves on quality control across all of our products. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at community@dignitii.com within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at community@dignitii.com.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order* only if your order has not been fulfilled yet. If your item has been fulfilled you cannot cancel your order. You would have to wait until you receive your order and request a return.

*If you PRE-ORDERED an item, you cannot cancel your pre-order. You would have to wait until you receive your items and request a return.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges. You can return your item to us, get your reimbursement and place another order with the correct size/item.
