Return Policy

If you're having a second thought about an item, do not sweat, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

  • Your gear should not be worn, washed, cut, or have any smell. 
  • Your gear should have the original tags attached.

Final sale items are for your to keep.

Although we do not charge for handling fees, we are not responsible for the return shipping fee. 


Items received after 30 days from the date received will not be eligible for reimbursement or exchange ( if you live in an area where shipping might take more than 30 days to arrive to us then please send us a proof of shipment at info@dignitii.com)

We reserve the right to not reimburse or exchange an item if these above requirements are not respected.

Follow these steps to EXCHANGE an item:

1)Email us at info@dignitii.com with the reason of your exchange and your order number.

2) Ship the items back to us at:

(We are not responsible for the return shipping fee)

3)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, we will ship the correct item to you (we will cover the shipping cost of the exchange).

2) Ship the items back to us at:

3)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dignitii.com.

Rejected return or exchange (if applicable):

You are responsible to follow our return/exchange policy before shipping your items back to us. If we receive an item that has been worn, washed, cut or does not have the original tags, we may reject your return. In case of a rejection, you would have to pay for the shipping fee to be able to get back your package. Otherwise, we will discard the package and we will not reimburse you. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
