Our Promise

If your Dignitii product experiences a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase including:
✅ Broken or malfunctioning zipper
✅ Seams coming undone

We will replace the item at no cost.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Improper care, misuse, or alteration
• Pilling from friction or abrasion
• Stains or discoloration

How to Submit a Claim

To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team at community@dignitii.com with:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the defect

Once your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement item free of charge. If the identical item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable product of equal value or store credit.

• Proof of purchase is required
